• Light: Bright, indirect light to low light; extremely adaptable and does well even in offices and low-light rooms.
• Water: Water every 2–3 weeks; allow the soil or moss ball to dry out completely between waterings. ZZ plants store water in their roots and prefer to stay on the dry side.
• Drainage: Let all excess water drain fully; never let the plant sit in standing water.
• Humidity: Average home humidity is perfect; no misting required.
• Fertilizer: Light monthly feeding in spring and summer with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
• Winter Rest: Water less in winter, about once every 3–4 weeks, allowing the plant to dry out more between waterings.
